Topic: Eagle and Bear – the two major ideas

Participation: For members of EFEXX, the TSG Kungfu team, and friends of Xing Yi Quan and traditional Kungfu
Scope: With this workshop we will revive the regular spring and autumn workshop series of EFeXX. In this two days we will deep dive into the idea, concept and techniques of the two most important animals in Xing Yi Quan: Eagle and Bear. We will cover basic techniques, post standing and partner exercises of both animals. Additionally we will have some insights in the history of Xing Yi Quan and related styles during our social on Saturday.
